  When submitting to ApJ, follow the instructions at the ApJ web page, bill the paper 100% to IFAE (tax VAT number Q-5856257-J), and select "wire transfer" for the payment. Quote Sara Strauch (sara.strauch@ifae.es) as reponsible at IFAE.

  If ApJ insists on giving department names for some institutes, you can find them here.

• Active author list (format for ArXiv.org)

  When submitting a collaboration paper to the arXiv, use MAGIC Collaboration: J. Aleksic et al. in the "Author" field. After successful submission to the arXiv, contact the arXiv administrators at www-admin@arXiv.org (stating your arXiv number in the Subject line of your e-mail), asking them to replace the "Author" field by the full author list given here. Providing the full author list to arXiv in this way ensures all authors are properly registered in the arXiv databases.
