MAGIC Inauguration Accommodation Information
Registration:
Please register with us when you have arrived on La Palma to receive some documentation for the Inauguration. We will have a Welcome Desk in the Lobby of Hotel Taburiente Playa on Wednesday, October 8th, from 16.00 to 19.00 and from 20.30 to 22.00, as well as on Thursday, October 9th, from 8.30 to 9.30.Hotel Reservations:
We have a block reservation for 90 rooms at Hotel Taburiente Playa and 20 apartments at Hotel Costa Salinas (Phone: +34 922 18 12 77, Fax: +34 922 18 12 85, e-mail: taburiente@h10.es, webpage: http://www.h10.es) for October 8th-11th, 2003. (For the subsequent MAGIC Collaboration Meeting see the internal MAGIC information page) to be booked before the deadline.

Bookings including only breakfast are possible (deduct 3 € from the given prices).
Note: Type of meals plan must be chosen in advance for the complete length of stay and cannot be changed after check-in.
Booking conditions:
- Directly with the hotels' receptions/reservations department, indicating "Opening of the MAGIC Telescope".
- Number and expiry date of a credit card are requested.
- Payment must be made directly at hotels' reception desks.
- Cancellation Fees: In case of cancellations later than one week from the reservation's beginning, and in case of no shows, the cost of one night incl. meals will be charged.
Deadline:
This block reservation is open until September 15th, 2003. After that date reservations will be confirmed only according to availability.
